 Terry & Bunny Chaplin - 06/20/06 - Dear Pro Automotive, On behalf of the committee for Baxter Auto Parts' 2006 Show and Shine, we would like to thank you for your donation.  Your support in this event was greatly appreciated.  The car show was a huge success, with 192 registered vehicles in the show.  The weather was warm and party sunny, which encouraged many car enthusiasts to come out to view the large variety of vehicles ranging from a 1917 Ford Roadster to a 2006 Chevrolet Corvette.  Although this is only our third year, we have seen tremendous growth in the number of participants and sponsors.  Thank you for your support this year and we hope you will consider working with us again next year at the 4th Annual Baxter Auto Parts' Show and Shine.

North Orchard Delong Cooperative Preschool - 2006 - Thank you for your generous donation to the North Orchard Delong Cooperative Preschool Auction.  With your help, we successfully raised approximately $6,000 during our Auction.  This would not have been possible without the generous donations received for our community.  The money raised will be put to good use offering scholarships and purchasing much needed supplies for our school. Once again thank you for your generosity.  

Belinda - I want to thank you for the excellent service that I received from each of you. I was driving down the road when my clutch went out on me and it was a little scary and very frustrating. I didn't know where to turn or what to do first. One of my co-workers came and picked me up and took me back to work where I opened the phone book and started making calls. Mitch was the third person that I called and he was so understanding of the problem and even seemed to sympathize with me. I was grateful for the assistance and reassurance that came from him. I felt like everything was taken care of for me and there wasn't a thing left for me to worry about. I can't tell you enough how important that is. Mitch called me the next day with all the details and the prices and made sure that I was well informed.

A couple days later when I came in to pick up my car I was teasing the guy (Eric, I think) about the fact that my car was fixed, but it looked awful dirty and someone should of washed it for me. But to my surprise when I came out of the shop and walked up to my car there on the seat was a flower for me! Here I was kidding about you guys doing something more for me and you had already done something! It was a nice ending to a crazy week of carpooling, etc.

I wouldn't take the time to write this letter if it wasn't well deserved. I can't express enough my thanks and appreciation to you, this was the only way that I could think of.

So, thank you! Thank you for saving me, for towing me, for being understanding, for fixing my car quickly, for keeping me informed step by step from day one until the time I received the call that my car was ready!
